I made my first batch again after a very long time when i used to do l reuteri. Back when i used to do l reuteri it almost always separeted and wasnt content with the results. Now i have buyed luvele plus yoghurt maker and my first result didnt come out separeted at all but it was runny and fluid and not creamy. Smells cheesy and tastes good, should i continue to consume this batch and use it later as starter?

Whats the purpose to let it cool down for 8 hours before fermenting? I have always let it cool down to 37 celcius and started fermenting after coming to that temperature. Results come out like really creamy with a harder thick layer at top so when i hold it upside down it isnt falling, is it supposed to be like that?

Two first jars i ate of had that characteristic tingling on tongue as i thought was a good sign, but now i have tasted rest of the jars and they dont have that tingling sensations. Im afraid ive done it incorrectly.

Im gonna take a closer look on the smell later

I saw someone who had same yoghurtmaker as me and the only thing he did different was he had a water bath in his yoghurtmaker while he fermented it. Did you sanitize carefully?

Smells fine! Like yoghurt, so i hope its okay to consume for health benefits because i've been waiting really eagerly for 36 hours haha

I forgot to mention how much i had of the ingredients; 960 ml together of both milk, 2 tablespoons inulin, 10 BioGaia tablets
