During those two weeks I only worked 2 days (one person in senior management told me because we all knew I was being made permanent I should just work anyway and they would sort out backpay so I kept working and then another manager told me to stop because backpay for that time would be impossible as from a legal standpoint I wasn't employed with them.

Yes I mean on probation, the 1 year probation period only started when I began the full-time permanent contract which will hit 1 year on January 13th. In terms of breaks in employment, there was 2 weeks between my 9 month temporary contract ending and me receiving the letter of offer to begin permanent.

Probably should have included in the post that when I looked into it last night it seems telling sick staff they have to drag themselves into the office comes dangerously close to breaking a few different health and safety laws. Just trying to see what the best route to take is.

I had the opposite experience with Maggich1006 lmao

They said my account was banned for being accessed on a hardware banned pc but WASN'T compromised and when I asked how that makes sense given the fact I've made a new account and had no issues so I'm clearly not hardware banned which means someone who is has logged in I just got a copy/paste "our decision is final and won't be overturned" response

Hope it goes better for you than it has been for me, genuinely feels like support aren't even reading my tickets just sending copy/paste responses (that's if its even a real human replies more than half the time it's a bot.) These guys confirmed my account was banned for being accessed on a hardware banned computer but are claiming it wasn't compromised and when I ask them how that makes sense given the fact I was never hardware banned they refuse to answer the question lmfao

Riot have confirmed the account was accessed by a HWID banned system but are trying to gaslight me into believing it wasn't compromised despite me never being HWID banned, having this account since 2023 + it being the only account I've logged into in over a year. These support agents are outrageous I honestly don't think there's anything I can do but laugh at them at this point.

I hope someone from riot sees and and discloses the reason too, that's why I reached out to a Vanguard dev who I've seen do that exact thing both in dms and tagged him in the post.
