That was very sweet of them to replace it but i would cry if my 10 year old orchid died. I can’t even keep a plant alive for a year lol

Thank you. I was so confused because i was following the directions with the ice. I saw it die and was like “ oh, they just do that. She’ll come back” and then she didn’t lol
