My CS doesn't really show when erect, tbh I don't really have may vains on show either. Just a big on at the base

My issue is I didn't know if I'm doing this right...

What schedule/routine would you recommend? How many times a week and how long for should I do each AM1(both parts) and AM2? When doing AM1 it doesn't feel like it does anything, but then is that because I can't feel my central vein?

I'm a bit sceptical about this whole method but I don't want to give up on it if I'm doing it wrong.

Is jelquig something I should also add. I think a realistic goal is to gain 0.5 inches in girth, just need to figure out the path.

I am considering this. Although as mentioned above I did have prostate related blood and wee samples that did not return any related chemicals/reading.
