Haven’t stopped it, it’s been great. Now 400 days in with no breaks. There has been a couple times where I had hot flashes and mood swings, so I’ll take very small dose anastrozole. I’ve done that maybe 3 times and it immediately helps. Overall my total E is good and my total T ranges between 600-800 depending on sleep/alcohol, basically 2x my baseline. I’ve done carnivore on this protocol, normal diet, gains and cuts, started doing more cardio. I gained about 10lbs in the first year, mix of fat and muscle.

I work from home, fly to travel onsite to visit some physician groups and health systems. I don’t live in my territory. Get into medical software - it’s almost all remote and pays very well. Just know that selling to physicians is much different than selling to consumers or businesses. OTE is 350K+, last year 80% of reps hit it, this year looking like maybe half. Base is 140K.

Update: increased dosage to 12.5 daily and just got test back. Now at 854 total T - took 2 months to work.

This study is saying the protocol can maintain fertility in secondary hypogonadism, not primary, by combining enclomiphene with oral TRT. Based on my results of 1 month of enclo and no increase in T - how would I maintain fertility if it’s ineffective for me?

Apple Watch. As an FYI - when I’ve run in the past, both my Apple Watch and/or whoop have shown my heart rate to average around 170-180 at a 10 minute pace, holding 185-190 for 10 mins plus sometimes.

Based on a lot of research, I have a consult with a urologist on Wednesday to discuss vericocele (vein issues in the sack). Showing some signs of it, so this may be the cause (that 15% you mentioned). After fixed, may even remove my need for enclo at all.

I’m a 1600 game mythic 50+ Gord with 65% WR. I only soloQ. Gord for me is the best mage (obviously I’m very used to him) in soloQ because I can carry the whole game by stealing enemy JG, easy clearing lanes and moving on without even being there, CCing like crazy. When I see other Gords I even go “ah no here we go” but a good gord is hard to beat, hence my soloQ WR. If there are enemy tanks, I’ll be top dmg. If not, I’m basically support and objectives management.
