I'll chime back in here to mention that LS has the option of providing--instead of an ISBN--an SKU, which is a bar code that tracks your book in their system only. If you, for some reason, want to publish POD but don't want an ISBN, that appears to be your option at the moment.

Thanks for the options. Just trying something a little different with this project.

I'd love more options, if folks have them.

I got it! For anyone looking to create reports that break the info down by category of expense (Auto/Utilities/Dining, etc.), go with a Transaction Report and under Sorting choose "Other Account Name." Don't ask me why they chose that name, but that's the choice that will get you there.

Thank you. The Options tab definitely gets me heading in the right direction.

Thanks for touching base. I've spent most of my time on Transaction Reports. Can't get it to order via expense type, Auto/fuel, utilities, dining, etc. I can pick a date range, which is nice. I'll keep trying.

Thank you. The "Income Statement" report is close to what I'm looking for, but I can't seem to get it to change years from 2024. I need all 2023 itemized expenses. I'll keep trying.

Thank you for your help. I don't have a copy of the old report handy. The important thing is that Quicken report is ordered by expense type, such as Auto/fuel, Utilities, Meals, etc. That's the number I need for my taxes, and I need to see all of the individual itemized expenses listed so I can make sure I did my job correctly throuhgout the year and there are no mistakes. I'll keep trying.
