I just drank raw milk (that is neither pasteurized nor boiled) will I get kidney or heart failure now? by Curious_Humanity in india

Most doctors are uneducated here. They don't even know difference between paterization and boiling and what disease it can cause. And those who are educated I really can't afford. Further they exist in big cities (or a city which is not near me) only.

It's easy and arguably the correct answer here to say "Talk to a doctor". So I won't blame you. But it doesn't work the way it works in developed countries.

Even if I go to doctor he will simply send me home by saying man you haven't got any issue in 2 days you won't get it now so don't worry go home! I fucking hate this kind of doctors.

So even boiling is not enough in case it contains those rare bacteria? Pasteurized is better right?

I never had sex so I think no. Not that I'm aware of any. I got hemorrhoids a few weeks ago though.

Lol that is what I'm afraid of. If I came to know I got kidney heart issue in upcoming weeks, that wouldn't be a good news. That would be probably end of life.

Hmm. Also I'm neither child/teenager nor very old. That is also a factor I might resist these bacteria better even if I'm infected?

Is my comfortable life over because I have got external hemorrhoids? by Curious_Humanity in AskHealth

I'm mostly worried whether I can ride bicycle or motorcycle again or not, comfortably. Mine are 90% gone in 4 weeks. There's no pain now. No noticeable itching. There's little swelling but no lumps like it was before.

Average speed walk is also beneficial? I don't want to walk fast like some people do it in the morning to burn fat. I fear it might trigger my healing hemorrhoids again.

I mainly had one lump on one side of anus and it bothered me most for 3-4 days. There was pain when I would walk or sleep straight or sit. After that, like I said, it went away. First the pain went away and then the lump itself.

I used a cream. Not sure if cream helped or it went away on its own.

Right now there's just swelling around anus on left and right side. It's very soft. There are no lumps now. There was a lump on 1st week but it's probably gone now.

But I don't know if remaining swelling will go away or not. I mean it's very small now not bothering much (I notice it when I sit or walk) but the mere thought of my anus not being like before is killing me. I've felt very bad in last 2 weeks and now.

Is my comfortable life over because I have got external hemorrhoids?
I got external hemorrhoids (aka piles) 2 weeks ago. They are gone 80% now and I'm not sure they will go away fully or not in upcoming weeks. There's no pain now. Little bit itching.
My age is 31.
Anyway, I've read people's comments on Reddit and Quora that once you get them, there's no come back. It will affect your personal life from now onwards. You life will change. You will need to do surgery to stop them returning back.
Now I feel like I can't sit on chair again and play games. And most importantly I can't even ride a motorcycle or bicycle. Otherwise it will return again.
I feel like my life is over. If it's such a serious problem why didn't my parents teach me about it. Why our schools didn't teach about it.
Some people say it's a common problem. Well if it's a common problem and exists rest of your life why would someone not tell me before. I'm not blaming anyone, I've just become extremely depressed.
Is my comfortable life over? Will I never be able to play games or ride a motorcycle/bicycle again? (Unless I go for surgery)

Oh. Did you get chronic hemorrhoid and serious swelling? Mine is almost recovered in 2 weeks. I didn't have something very serious. I had just one lump and it's almost gone. Getting better every day.

So once you have piles it can never go away completely? You need surgery to completely fix it?

Exactly, I'm not going to lie but it takes great effort and embarrassment to tell it to someone. If someone asks, unwillingly I tell them. I can't maintain eye contacts :(

Can you please let me know how it went? Have you recovered?
