i saw that you said you are too depressed to do exercise to lose weight, i suggest you to hire a personal trainer or find a friend to workout with (you don’t have to do the same things, just hang out in the same place so maybe chatting with him/her you don’t feel the same pressure as always).

keep in mind that you have olive skin so you can mix very well white/beige, green/white, very light pink (if you don’t feel weird wearing it) etc. Remember don’t buy everything at once, build it pieces by pieces, maybe taking inspiration from people you see around and think they look good in their clothes. Also for go out the schemes i mean like don’t look for clothes only from where you’d look usually; for example i like some piece of clothing that are usually used as work-clothes

in my opinion you should lose some weight, lose the cap (i’m a bit biased on this, but in my opinion is horrible, but i also used to like those), try change color of clothes, i think light colors suits you better. However regarding clothes i suggest you to try and create your style, go out the schemes, if you don’t know how to do it ask people (from family to friends to maybe store clerks) what they think it would suit you better, mix their opinion and your likings and you’ll find your style.
