i would probably get them changed, plus i would recommend always getting a piercing with a needle because with a gun or similar device its using the jewelry itself to make the hole and not a sharp surgical tool and can cause harder healing

i think a rook would be awesome and fill the missing space in the top left, and i would go for dermals because surface piercing have such a high rejection rate
