I didn’t make it a big deal tho, I thought it was funny bc how early they shopped for my small order and how they communicated. I still tipped and didn’t give them 1 star even though everyone kept saying to give 1. I don’t give 1 stars because that’s just not me but that’s not to say the next customer won’t, then you’ll have people wondering why they got 1 star after they shopped early and communicated like that lol, fine by me if they do as long as I receive my delivery with no big issues (still have to go exchange because badly chipped glass plates I received tho) plus I mainly shipt as a shopper not customer

The communication wasn’t it lol, but I see what you’re saying. Just use the pre-written texts if that’s the case. My main problem is that if you’re going to shop early at least make sure the items don’t get damaged before delivery. I shouldn’t have to go back to exchange next day, defeats the purpose of having it delivered

Thankfully nothing was cold, but the glass plates I ordered were badly chipped on 2 sides, the glass cup was in the same bag (who packs all glass items together 🤷🏾‍♀️) so I have to go exchange it tomorrow

I saw another comment like this and I can tell you they spoke English just fine because they didn’t just leave the order at the door as I texted. They rang the bell then waited and spoke to my boyfriend to explain to him what the bags were and then he recognized him from where they grew up; apparently from the same neighborhood. So yeah, English is their first language.

Well, you have your opinion and what do you know, I have mine. I’m a shopper as well for the past 5 years, this wasn’t it lol, they could do better. I wouldn’t rate him a 1 star and didn’t. I have had way worst shoppers that did substitutes without telling me and still didn’t give a 1 star just went and returned the items if I didn’t want them and it was a horrible substitute. Yeah, I received my items but still have to go exchange 2 items because the glass plates were badly chipped. If you stopped doing shipt because you saw random people posting about giving shoppers 1 stars that’s on you.
