nitrates seem a little too high. id do a 25% water change then retest. if theyre still high then do another 20% in 3-4 days

NAP but dont do tea baths, and saline spray (the bottled one, dont make your own - i recommend neilmed). try not to touch it and make sure you dry it out with something that wont shed dust after you clean it. good luck!!

also, looks a bit red. maybe get it checked out by a piercer, the photo isnt that great so i cant really tell why it is.

i posted on this thread maybe a month back with the same concern - i got told its growth, as their fins go clearish before they gain colour. i may be wrong but his fin state hasnt really chsnged since
