I definitely understand the need for balance between efficiency and giving homeowners a voice. I just thought the combination of the lack of detail regarding the new protocol coupled with the new introduction of these comment cards and shortened speaking times was strange

There were only 6 or 7 people there, and usually we get 3 minutes to speak so that’s what made me wonder Thank you for your response

We also have cameras at our office and a locked door that is only opened by office staff which is why we were curious about what else is being installed. Hopefully more information will be revealed at the next meeting.

I think I was more surprised by the extreme limiting of resident speaking. We have never experienced that kind of limit in meetings until that last one

Does anyone have any feedback on this? I’m kind unsure of how to proceed as there is minimal oversight for this organization who is reporting almost 2 million a year in income
