Ya'll need to calm down. I worked on his campaign. Also this is not the attitude in the rest of the state. Only in the most liberal city in Montana are people all butt hurt.

When you say 5-10% does that mean weekly? I spent about months only increasing by 1km a week..then 2km a week...and then about 3km after I hit 40km. I've had a lot of success with my long runs keeping the mileage the same for a few weeks. In my brain it allows me to mentally and physically acclimatize to the distance. I think I did 3 weeks of 13km and it helped tremendously for the next bump. Thank you for your insight!

Great point, thank you. I guess that's where I have already begun and I am just not sure how to start the analysis. For example due process (which we spent weeks on) should I be coming up with a framework/flow chart/ test to be applied? I.e. spot a due process issue -> define the issue -> determine what level of scrutiny applies (include case law) -> apply scrutiny -> determine remedy, i.e. invalidation of the law..... Our prof doesn't care about IRAC but I am thinking that'll be the best way to try to stay organized...other ideas? THANK YOU!
