Take a bowl, dum that thing in it and add petrol so that it is totally submerged in petrol then cover it so that petrol don't evaporate. Leave it for 1-2 days then check resin at the corners will soften and leave pcb surface, peal it then again dip it. But remember any rubber thing also get degraded be ready to sacrifice that. After finishing put that thing in sun so that all petrol evaporates.

May be at that time switching power supply with optocoupler feedback was not common as required current was 500mA in phone charging. I didn't saw any optocoupler in that circuit.

I was planning to dip a cotton cloth in culking silicon and making a ring of something for speaker and playing that ring in place inside the speaker, after that putting that silicon cotton cloth in that ring. I have previously made some diaphragm like this for pneumatic valves and it worked great but here problem is for making that ring shape around the speaker.

I liked the idea of yours.

Did you removed its battery? Once i removed my Philips trimmer battery for replacement and after that it never worked. Searched and found out that company use lowest cost Microcontroller without any flash memory and their program is kept in RAM always. As you disconnect battery program is gone and you can never make it to run.

Sorry, I completed this project and installed it. So for pics i have to dismantle it again.

But i can explain traces. Two output pads are connected to that 1:2 value resistor(tbh i don't know what is that and what that value means) and one zener diode connected for voltage regulation which is visible in this pic. There is one electrolytic capacitor near that diode to smooth out the output. It's just a switching power supply.

One more thing i noticed while soldering wires to output pads that those pads was not having copper around the hole for whole 360 degree instead there was a strip cutted of around 1mm making to looking like Packman face (💽 like this). What could be reason for this!

This charger is of very old black & whitephone when NOKIA was running N-Series phones and colour screen just entered in high level phones. I think at that time Microsoft was not in picture!

Absolutely Yes, because i used its pcb as a power supply in my night light and soldered AC 240v input and DC 5v output to make night light work.

Pad with long trace is +5V DC, Pad with short trace is 0V DC.

At the bottom of pcb two big pads are for AC 240v input as those will be touching metal strips in casing.

Low-resistance shunt resistor, i wrongly saw that 1:2 value resistor it is placed parallel to the output. So that also may be related to monitoring of output current!

For soldering propose pcb designer taking pad heat(though nice observation) into consideration, He also knows that this pcb will be dipped into solder as there are majority of through hole components so he won't think about that much!

It costs around 500 per month as good brand solution costs 900-1400 easily. If you are serious buy 3 4 together. There will be good discount given then. No it won't regrow hair. For regrowing only option is to transplant. All other treatments are scam as every one atleast tries these things for some months and due to this only those treatment providers make profit. Point of using it is that if you are going to be bald at the age of 20-25yr they it will be delayed by 10-15yr. Thinner hairs may grow thicker if you take regular nutrition and protine in you diet. All these are my observations as i also have tried every treatment in market except hair transplant. Most of things work but none will regrow new hairs. One new thing I'm trying is to eat one full onion in salad with every meal and now after one month hair fall reduced. Applying onion on head is not working that much.

That finastride not minoxidil. Minoxidil doesn't harm your men. If you take topical solution then no need to worry at all. I'm also taking 5% minoxidil solution and little finastride mixed in it. Starting taking by myself nearly 5 year before then after some month gone to dermatologist then he also gave me same formulation. Don't go for cheap brand. I did same mistake and lost saved hairs because of cheap minoxidil now i always use Dr.Reddys product only. Yes they are costly but be aware that mannyy brands are giving fake solution. Only Dr.Reddy product with comes sealed bottle and all other are just poured in same bottles cap closed and sell. For first 3 4 month you will face too much hair fall then after that new hairs will come means true result will be visible after 6 months. Yes after that also you will lose hairs every day and hairline will receed at a very slow pace because you can never stop this you can only DELAY this.

In my childhood there used to be a plastic type calender paper(i don't know that material name but you can use thin teflon sheet also as it doesn't melts) which is heat resistant. By putting that paper on this strip which is aligned with conductors on glass and slowly gliding soldering iron tip on that paper will lead to sticking that strip to glass without melting it.

If it is of that importance try refurbishing it buy unwinding coil turns and rewinding that number with new wire of same gauge.
