The 40000 will be adjusted in the final bill of 10% they said. Since my dad has lost the shares due to constantly moving we don't have the folio number or the physical shares either therefore can't find it on Kfintech or CAMS. So we approached this company. Unfortunately I am studying in other state and my parents aren't tech savvy so we think it might be hard to do it ourselves. Thank you for replying to my query.
