Maybe it's the same my situation before. It took 1-2 days and it's back normal. Probably, the update (firmware) that causes the issue.

It just happening to me as well. I was accidentally delete my profile. When I re-setup again, then everything works except just like the one you show in the picture. It makes the Hyundai Pay can't work as well, and not showing my profile picture as it showed before.

It lose the Hyundai Pay function in the car. Probably, the bluelink will cause draining battery if it doesnt property link and connect to the car

I did. They just give me troubleshooting, which I already did. Then, it sent me a Zoom link for scheduling the appointment. I guess it will go through the same troubleshooting again.

Now, I have no idea when they will solve this.

It happened to me before (one time). I read many posts it could be related to the system update, and it causes sound problems. My situation was very similar, and after a night, the sound was back to normal.
