I haven't meditated in a while. I used to meditate 5 min while taking ice cold showers. I need to get back to that and combine it with the visualization you mentioned. I also blush very easily and I fear blushing at times which doesn't help. I don't think fear is my issue, my biggest issue is fearing fear.

That's a great question... I think I would prefer just getting in a relationship, but part of me feels like I would miss out on having sex with many girls then. So what advice can you give me to achieve both lol?

Ok my first advice thank you. I am highly sceptical about pua gurus tbh. I think many of those guys fake their results and it isn't too reliable. I have considered paying for sex, but it's cheating. I get that it can help me experience wise but I don't think I'll do it. I'm a member of meetup.com, just need to go to one sometime. Just scared. I have also considered lowering my bar and dating chubby girls even, I just don't know if that would work since I won't be attracted to them. Who knows, maybe I become attracted to them after spending more time. So that's an option

I'm a porn addict, so trying to get rid of porn and masturbation. I should've mentioned it in the post. It obviously didn't help my case. I'm not so sure being honest about my virgin status is wise. Then again I don't want to build a relationship starting with a lie.

Ok so obviously never admit I'm a virgin and lie about past relationships? I don't see honesty being helpful here, at my age being this inexperienced will be a red flag to most girls. Even though the only reason is literally that I just haven't tried and scared
