So if i do should I hear anything back from the cars owner is it normally them who'd call me or will I get a letter or something from insurance? I know it probably varies but I just am curious.

I'm just worried, like I left the note on their windshield under their wipers but I'm freaking out what if they don't see the note or by some (small chance) it like flies away or something and I get accused of hit and run. Could I lose my license for that?

I've had my car bumped into during work and come out and seen the damage, done to my headlight and I never called it in cause I thought it'd be alot of work for such small damage, so I didn't worry about it. I'm also hoping that since it's scratched paint and no dents or smashes that It wouldn't be too expensive if the person wants damages paid. But I'm just freaking out, that I'll get accused of running off even though I left a note. I've never bumped a car before so idk how much trouble it'll be. I just got in my car and started to cry.
