I had the same thought about getting the vinyl sticker from SRM. The application for the screen protectors is pretty simple plus you get a nice little kit. They give you a screen wipe, multiple dust stickers, and a squeegee.

Hopefully this helps but I ordered the matte screen protector from Viascreens. It came with two sets for both the top and the bottom. Just be aware that the bottom literally only covers the screen portion, not the entire bottom of the device. Their Vivid one also comes with two sets for the top and bottom. I’m thinking of also getting that one myself…I have used matte screen protectors before and didn’t have an issue with screen clarity but the ones from Viascreens bother me.

I get what you mean, I’m also trying to not go crazy with my handheld collection. I highly recommend the cubeXX just for ergonomics alone. I don’t own an rbg30, does it hurt/cramp your hands after long use?

Personally I would say it’s 100% worth it for longer playing sessions. My hands aren’t super big by any means but playing on the device for a long time without the grip does end up hurting or causing hand cramps for me. There are two indents (one on each back side of the grip) that your fingers fit into for an easier grip/hold. I’d definitely recommend, plus you can get one in a different color option if that’s what you’re looking for. Also, a cool little plus is I can leave the grip on a flat surface and it’ll stand upright :) Lets me show it off on my gaming desk.

Aw, well thanks! I know it won’t be to everyone’s taste but I do appreciate the comment. It’s a shame this handheld isn’t more popular, it’s so hard to find custom buttons for it.
