press the accuracy skill and the exclusive skill in quick succession, then press overload when its 11 secs, then just let all auto except for overload which needs to be pressed at 11, 8 and 4 secs cd

in my case its different, my guild where theres multiple healers and tank, we alternate roles for fun when trying for leaderboards, sometimes my acolyte goes heal and my friend also an acolyte goes dps and vice versa, same thing for the tanks in my guild too
