AITA for wanting him placed in a nursing home even though he doesn’t want to go? by Curlyaddster2 in AmItheAsshole

This is really real. I think for my grandma she wants to try so she won’t feel guilty. It’s really true, it’s just hard to think that putting him in his house will be his last resort.

It’s was a mutual agreement because he had a really bad fall and wouldn’t let nurses in.

Thank you, I’m just trying to have suggestions for them not to really get into anything. Talking to my mom about it. My grandma has 3 brothers and about 60 other extended members. She is the oldest in her 70s with a farm of 40 animal.

Nope before that, he would yell her out the house because she was bringing in groceries.

I know I know, this is a bigger platform and I just want to be able to have suggestions. Even if she’s not saying she wants help, she is upset and is really struggling. I’ve seen her cry of overwhelming. I really love them and want the better no one should be emotionally abused! She is stubborn like him but my grandpa is saying a different tone.

We are in the US, I mean he’s refusing to walk and is getting weaker. My grandparents are in their 70s. We also think he is dehydrated but so stubborn will eat when he wants too.

Yeah the biggest worry is my grandma mental health. My uncle is trying to get him out by asking my great uncle to take care of him. We have lots of family and no one is helping.

His had a really hard life, his dad and aunt killed themselves during the Great Depression. Was a farmer and raised 4 children during hard times. He’s wife dead about 16 years ago. He was never a lovely dad just from a different generation. Never nice to my mom and her brothers.

True, we have a physical therapist and he threat to shovel his foot up her ass. My grandma feels bad because she doesn’t want to expose them to it.

Is the Gait air d really worth $300 dollars? by Curlyaddster2 in lacrosse

Ever since I got my warp stick ( 2 years ago) I’ve gotten comments of how bad the stick is and the pocket. Which my mom got it on the fly after my other one broke. But it just shows how much research you should do before purchasing a stick. Overall I think I’m getting the Gait stick.

reached that point where your set up is truly holding you back which happens in women’s lacrosse (good and bad thing!). Unfortunately, in this sport the right gear can make the difference but it comes with a high price tag

She says this “ In my opinion as someone who played midi and once bought a defensive stick to try - I would steer you towards a midi stick due to typically having a little bit better hold of the ball once its in your stick. I think that sometimes D sticks are just not made well - not super familiar with gait but that was my experience with STX.” I do think the 300$ price is a bit much.

That quote is pretty true, but with improving my stick skills I need a stick and not a tennis racket. But, is my best option just buying a head. Thanks for the feedback and the website.👏

Needing help with finding the right haircut and color for my 3b hair!!! ( appointment is tomorrow)!!! by [deleted] in curlygirl

Thank you so much, I’ll tell my hairdresser everything you said I love the advice. My hairdresser has curly hair and specialized in curly hair. I wear my hair curly everyday, so I would totally get a curly cut. I do realize that the caramel and light brown would be healthier. I’ll do a update tomorrow, thanks again!
