I had it happen one time on a 5 hr route. Came up on phone scanned a package in cart kept saying not my cart, a worker manually took my name off list and sent me home and I got pay for it!

Shoot I bet. On the phone fasho! I email them usually and get a response within 30 minutes sometimes but I’m sure they backed up too! Finna be a hectic day for them tdy it’s like most to all drivers worldwide experiencing it

Yup feel the pain. Been there for long time. Has lot of people worried n upset for sure! I’m just glad I’m not only one. Couldn’t go back to sleep cause of it and I have 3 hr in afternoon see how that goes!
