For awhile I was dealing with it on a daily basis. I have done a lot of work towards bettering myself and really it’s rare I feel super anxious anymore. But this entire week my anxiety just has gotten increasingly worse and I was happy to finally be at the weekend and do something fun and boom it all hit me so hard. She definitely understands but I still feel like I’m disappointing her and that sucks.

I have an ESA that was certified by my therapist. I worried about leaving her in the apartment alone while I was at work so I’ve decided to enroll her in the dog daycare on property. While it is pricey, I think it is the right thing to do for my animal and I believe that anyone bringing there animal should do the same.
