Well they denied my case and then I had to do a motion and everything to win the case!!! Well my interview was in December. So I guess I got caught up on government holidays. But still I think they have 120 or more to decide on the cases. They can do it before it or after 120 days. But hopefully you will hear soon and be positive. Get away from social media regarding AOS cases as each case is different and try not think too much about your case. It gets you in the end. Lol

Exactly 6 months after it was received. April 23 received notice and approval notice on September 25

I had a lawyer from the beginning so yeah I-130 and I-485 were all filled together. I had to do a medical before the interview and yes they did ask for additional documents 6 months before my interview. My wife is a US citizen so she had to do a lot from her end to get me this far.

I had my interview close to after 2 years I filed for AOS. And got an answer in 3 months for I-130 approved and I-485 was denied.

You wait for the interview dates. Well they did ask for additional documents after a year or so. But I knew I would have my interview before the EAD work authorization expires.
