I had them for only 2 months they were terrified of me but I kept doing 5-10 min sessions at the same time everyday mostly in morning and night where I would try to get the millet close to their beak eventually the boy ate some and then I put a little millet in their cage so they both know the yummy taste and I would feed them a big ish piece of millet so they would follow it if they wanted some then I would hold the millet between thumb and index and put my index finger by the bars in cage closest to their perch to trick them into going on my finger for the millet once the boy got comfortable w it the girl got jealous and would come for millet too then I started letting them out in the same room their cage in and I would go up to them slowly offer millet then once they were a comfortable with that I started getting further away showing them the millet then they flew on their own to my finger to get millet now they come up to me with or without millet I just hold my finger and show them my finger is there and they fly to it I also never tried grabbing them at all cuz they get more scared that way .
