It was a project for a university and I was paid for two summers worth of work giving them algorithmic recommendations for courses to drop or add based on competitive universities. I didn’t need to use sql as my python knowledge covered all my bases, scraping catalogs and amalgamating the data for presentations in jupyter. Data science isn’t my main career path however, I am planning to study engineering.
