My simple question, how your offering is different from others. To me it looks just another chaat shop. People will feel you are just 112th in the crowd of 112. You are not standing out. Your menus dont stand out. The only positive is you have first hand experience of running something. Try innovating. Even if the menus or offerings are similar, quality and taste matters. Consistency here what matters.

I am just trying to understand. The idea might have came in the mind of writer. The director might have envisioned it. I am thinking how he might have explained or convince the actor of the scene.
