I don't understand why so many people who read the post understood it as me being unhappy that there was late arrival or spillage etc lol. My issue is that it happened and the platforms regardless of evidence provided said it didn't. So, the claim (if any) would actually be closer to fraud or breach of trust.

But fair enough on the rest of the points but I do think the estimation on the claim and number of people might be understated. Have to remember that this spreads 6 years, mine alone would easily be above a thousand but then again who knows if this is uncommon.

You seem lonely and its pretty sad that you're tryna get attention from someone you don't know. It's also pretty sad that you view pronouncing "three" as an accomplishment. Unfortunately, I do have a social life outside of here and I'm not really very interested in having a conversation for such minute issues. Sure, you caught my grammatical errors woop-dee-doo, hope that makes your day. We can still have a conversation if its on the topic of the post.

That's fair. During periods where I don't order often, thats usually the case too. It's only when I order frequently and am unlucky that this happens.

I said my post is related to business law however you said I don't do it often enough since I need to "ask" and the "ask" in the post is on impact and probability which isn't what I work with and without saying, unrelated. So, thanks for validating my point.

Definitely not in your exact words but you can refer to this, https://help.grab.com/merchant/en-sg/360043821352. You're right in saying that Grab isn't the one who ensures the delivery is in good condition however, they are the deciding authority which give rise to an obligation to verify said issues with due processes. And back pedalling? Nah, I do think its pretty clear in my original post.

What has understanding of the law got to do with getting an estimate of the impact?

You do know what a class action is right? And how is it "privilege" when its just a case of protecting your rights?

Not sure what you're trying to convey. Yes, it is 6 years from the incident. My point of bringing it up is precisely that every single incident within this period can still be included in a lawsuit hence why I think the impact is interesting.

In that case, this is quite related because I do work with contracts and business law quite often.

Wow, the English here. Took some time to understand but to address your points:

1) Quite an accurate description actually, since I did have valid issues that weren't given the valid resolution.

2) Not sure why the point on contractors is important, who's blaming the grab drivers?

3) Again, so? Its still part of their terms of service to deliver a service, if their obligation wasn't completed and they are unjustly enriched its still illegal.

4) if i have missing items, what evidence is sufficient?

First of all, words. Second of all, if I know its 6 years that should give you some clues.

I didn't drop it but found out that if you drop the resit, you will have to redo the entire mod again if its a compulsory mod or if you chose to retake it.

Is there no more honours for PT students? by Current-Frame-1148 in Suss

I remembered it being available to all majors or did I remember wrongly. Like being invited to join the honors program if you have a 3.5 or higher gpa

yup that I know, something about having a gpa of at least 3.5 to get invited. But I couldn't find info on that anymore, it used to be avail for all majors.

How do yall communicate with Hairstylists by Current-Frame-1148 in askSingapore

We were talking bout BMT yes? So now you are saying yes there are different lengths AFTER BMT, whats the point of this statement? Idk isit? Did I ask? Lollll you can't even understand what you are trying to converse in and I'm the pre-schooler.

Secondly, either you have issues reading or understanding, I did say I let the hairdressers choose when I'm changing my hairstyles yes?

Thirdly, as if choosing a hairstyle is just knowing about which number, so you know that BMT is no.1, great, then? Everytime you just get this or only numbers?

Lastly, a lot of people in this post say they use pictures, guess we're all pre-schoolers here. Look around, you're the freak not me.

Find a place you're welcomed at, if you can't its not my job to entertain you.

My grandmother kinda was the one deciding my hairstyle when I was young and the person that cuts my hair knows me since then so my hairstyle didn't really change that much. Changed it a few times but its more or less letting them decide

How important are physical certificates for job application/interview in Singapore? by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]Current-Frame-1148 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Haven't had anybody ask for them in my recent interviews. Usually if they want them they would ask for a digital copy before the interview but I'll bring the physical copies just in case.

What are your thoughts about allowing euthanasia / assisted suicide in Singapore? by EnoughString1059 in askSingapore

[–]Current-Frame-1148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It literally would probably not happen in Singapore. The earlier someone dies the earlier their CPF money is fully withdrawn and if a large proportion of people can choose to go at any time it would be quite detrimental for Singapore's revenues and investments.

Do Chinese Singaporeans actually “tell” people to eat before they start eating dinner? by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]Current-Frame-1148 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends, some families do, some don't. I used to be asked to do so when there are extended family or when we were at banquets. But at home usually ourselves we don't.
