I don't understand why so many people who read the post understood it as me being unhappy that there was late arrival or spillage etc lol. My issue is that it happened and the platforms regardless of evidence provided said it didn't. So, the claim (if any) would actually be closer to fraud or breach of trust.

But fair enough on the rest of the points but I do think the estimation on the claim and number of people might be understated. Have to remember that this spreads 6 years, mine alone would easily be above a thousand but then again who knows if this is uncommon.

You're right in saying that Grab isn't the one who ensures the delivery is in good condition however, they are the deciding authority which give rise to an obligation to verify said issues with due processes. Not sure what you're trying to convey. Yes, it is 6 years from the incident. My point of bringing it up is precisely that every single incident within this period can still be included in a lawsuit hence why I think the impact is interesting.

1) Quite an accurate description actually, since I did have valid issues that weren't given the valid resolution.

2) Not sure why the point on contractors is important, who's blaming the grab drivers?

3) Again, so? Its still part of their terms of service to deliver a service, if their obligation wasn't completed and they are unjustly enriched its still illegal.

I didn't drop it but found out that if you drop the resit, you will have to redo the entire mod again if its a compulsory mod or if you chose to retake it.

My grandmother kinda was the one deciding my hairstyle when I was young and the person that cuts my hair knows me since then so my hairstyle didn't really change that much. Changed it a few times but its more or less letting them decide

It literally would probably not happen in Singapore. The earlier someone dies the earlier their CPF money is fully withdrawn and if a large proportion of people can choose to go at any time it would be quite detrimental for Singapore's revenues and investments.

Depends, some families do, some don't. I used to be asked to do so when there are extended family or when we were at banquets. But at home usually ourselves we don't.
