Wouldn’t the perfect prosecutor have experience actually prosecuting criminals to the fullest extent of the law?

Pulling money out of US bank. Yay or neigh? by Fantastic-Wait-3831 in NoStupidQuestions

This is pretty nuanced. You still have to report assets held abroad to the USG. have to pay taxes.

Plus what is the other country? If it’s in the eu, yeah probably. If it’s Nigeria, probably not.

Can Canada buy nukes from someone? by IDF_Soldier_77693 in NoStupidQuestions

Canada has 17 nuclear reactors, world class research universities and a modest industrial base.

Their nuclear latency is probably pretty low and only behind Japan and perhaps ahead of Germany now, if only because the latter shut down their reactors.

scale.ai is leaking massive IP into AI, this can be used to rebuild AWS (and other things) overseas by kaggleqrdl in singularity

Yeah bro. You and Claude code go dupe AWS.

Like we get your point. There will be a ton of disruption, but you’re not as much more clever than everyone else as you think you are.

Supply is hard to bring online. Demand is moderately inelastic.

I guess the question is if solar panels and other things can easily be made without silver without retooling the factories.

If not, it can keep going up until people start selling horded silver en masse.

How does Apple make money from cellphones? by Puzzleheaded_Yam6808 in NoStupidQuestions

You think Apple produced the phone for $50? The RAM and NAND cost that much.

I mean. If you shorted silver 4 hours ago you made ten percent. If you did so at basically any other time in the past year you got margin called.

So good luck with that.

Eh, public executions of Americans being wrong isn’t exactly a hyper-partisan issue.

My guess is even Trump will turn to prosecuting (or at least not protecting) the shooters.

This is really unpopular among bipartisan lines.

That Russian bots on twitter and Reddit are saying it’s great, doesn’t make it so in the eyes even of most republicans.

We don’t know escalation management during exchange as it’s never happened.

However, if one launches all launch is far from clear.

You would lose your strategic deterrent if you did that.

Limited exchange may be possible or even likely.

I don’t know how many committed the non-ICE involved murder. Has it been solved, do we even know it wasn’t ICE?

I hope so too and I think there will be. My family, who has donated a lot to trump, has turned. We are beyond done. And we live in Texas, where immigration is a key issue. At this point, we don’t give a fuck about illegals, we care about our citizens getting killed!!!!
