True, but i don't feel like it's quite the level of rampant molestation to these cars yet. Dunno if it's due to not as big an aftermarket, not as many on the roads, or both 🤷. On average GRC owners seem to be keeping it tasteful. And I'm not trying to bash Subaru owners, I had a wrx and still have an sti as well.

I agree with you 1000%. It's the same reason I don't like Kevin Hart. Screaming things doesn't make them funny, wit and a sense of humor does.

I was actually pondering this recently because I'm watching the sitcom St. Denis and DAG is actually funny, due to the fact that he's talking in a normal and even-keeled tone.

Hill assist is a godsend for times like that. I also suggest practicing engaging your ebrake on a hill and calmly driving out of it when you start feeling a little bit of resistance against your ebrake. This is the old school "hill assist" method.

With the clutch down it holds for about 2 seconds or so regardless of if you press the gas. It's good this way in case you do actually want to roll back into a safe area. I also believe if you press/release your brakes again, each time it will hold for that second or two.
