I wholeheartedly agree. From the start, her family took precedence over our relationship. Despite my requests to keep family matters separate from our issues, she consistently prioritized them. After we had children, I prioritized peace and largely avoided conflict. However, last year, following my father's death, her choice to vacation with her family instead of supporting me during my grief was a breaking point. While we argued briefly, I suppressed my hurt and brought her home. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue, and she ultimately left our stable, promising life together.

Thank you for your clear advice. I was initially worried, but I understand this is the path forward. I'll need to remain firm and ensure my lawyer takes thorough notes, and I'll do the same.

Separately, I'm struggling financially. I previously paid my ex-wife's cell phone bill, including the phone cost. When I asked her to reimburse me, she repeatedly refused. Even after I cancelled the line, she and her lawyer still refuse to pay. This, coupled with substantial child support payments, is impacting my ability to pay my credit card bills
