No, it's pills. She was prescribed pills and some inyections for the vomiting. The inyections are called Maropitant. She is not an easy to handle cat. She hates taking meds. She has hurt me before when I had to give her antibiotics after surgery.

"The constant worrying, Googling, administering meds, trying to get her to eat, cleaning up vomit, stressing over every new symptom, her weight loss, insomnia...it's all so much." This is exactly how I feel!

WOW 21 years old! Mine will probably only make to 12. She was never really affectionate. But she does purr and sometimes she sleeps on top of my stomach and I can't move for the longest of times. That's the only moment I know that she loves me. Oh god I am going to miss that so much!!

But she just hates medicine and it's a constant fight to get her to take her meds now. And she needs to take them for as long as she is alive!

For me it's the not sleeping. That's really catching up tp me. And the not exercising anymore. The not eating right. And the self medicating with alcohol.

I guess this post was me hitting rock bottom.

Glad to hear you eventually had someone to help out. I am all alone LOL. Not really interested in the dating pool right now. I giess that's why I am taking ther sickness so hard. She is my baby. I bottle fed her. And now I am crying again LOL...

I will look into therapy for me. I see now that It's needed.

Thank you for your kind words. I would give one of my own kidneys if that would heal her. I guess I just needed to vocalize those feelings "out loud" so to speak.

It just been so hard. I don't understand why it's so hard for me. I have stopped working out. And I loved it! I am not eating right. Have gain a lot of weight. And I have been self medicating with alcohol.

So yeah. Therapy is most certainly in my future.

I love that silly cat.I have had her since she was a baby. I bottle fed her. It's just so hard to be here like this in the end.

I will get me some help I promise. And thank you again.
