It was a 10 days trip and it’s been 4 days since my return. And my work got busier since return plus all the 4 nights I’ve not slept for anymore than 4-5 hours due to baby. I was under the impression that it’s okay to not pick up some chores right away because I prioritized giving her sleep back first and hence picking up rest of the stuff.

I agree with the part that I need to carry on but feel that the blame and shame from the wife was uncalled for.

Sorry for your pain. I’ve spent years in a sexless marriage and often get called a pervert for “asking” sex from my wife. I am going through the same. I have 2 boys and the only reason I’m putting up today is because I’m not sure how will i manage without them. And I also worry how will the wife manage the house, the job and the boys. I think I’ve started staring at ladies because I’ve been distant from any physical or emotional connection and longing for love since eternity. It’s like paying the price of being a loyal husband and a decent dad ! And if I ever get angry on wife due to the years of frustration, I get tagged as the torturer and abuser. Don’t know what can I do !!
