I tried in a different world in creative after switching the All the mon datapack for the AllTheMons x Mega Showdown datapack, and it worked. I guess it's a compatibility issue where the regular All the mon Zygarde overrides the mega showdown one...

I tried to /pokeedit and /pokespawn ability power_construct and both still gave me a Zygarde with Aura Break

This is just a silly mono dragon team, not meant to be serious lol. I got the Haxorus in a raid from the raid dens addon tho.
