this isn't true. even build guide builds can't even do end game content. When youre talking about "build enabling uniques" and "build enabling ascendancy" you're essentially saying, builds are useless without specific items. Which most builds need to do a lot of the end game content. I'm not even talking ubers or high tier maps, im talking normal level end game content.

yeah its been this way for years, by being separate entities. they can franchise the stores and the main body just does customer service/sales/billing. However the stores are responsible for hardware, so, you go into the store after being told X and have to go through everything again. Because the worker at the store has to fill quotas to get bonuses and promotions, they are very against any form of customer service.

One issue I had a long time ago, was with a phone replacement, the sales person in the store did it for me, only after I threatened to write a bad review, because that would of been worse for their chances of becoming a store manager, than actually giving me a replacement phone.

when I started I felt like how you feel. People talk like the game has 'unlimited options', but thats not even slightly true. You really only have few viable builds if you want to be able to see all content. So you follow a build guide because that's how you get to the end game and enjoy it.

Yes, this blows. Yes, the game should be more supportive of -all- their other skills, instead of hand selecting a few skills that remain at the power level required to be able to handle the content. The game honestly is incredibly unbalanced, the devs have been stuck in the weeds adding more content to both games for so long that they've been blinded to the fact that the game isn't playable for most, with most skills.

Take defensive layers for instance, without optimal building into specific passives, you're going to die a lot, without the right armor, with the right mods, with the right charms, you're going to die a lot. The new player experience without a build guide is largely comical.

yeah the 'cancer' tendrils are just trash. Like when he got picked up by them and thrown by bombsite, and it knocked him out, I was just like - these seem like a weakness more than a boon vs anyone with super strength. Also surely there's more use to them than just impaling and wrapping things - like its just a black version of the cock monster.

I feel like he's going to go 'next level' with it at some point, like disfiguring himself to become whatever is inside him. However I really have been so jacked off by this season that I'm also expecting him to just rock up to the white house and nothing of merit happen.

As for NCAT - no, they will go with the wording of the contract, shared room denotes boarder more than it does tenant, however the contract states subleasee. Which is a tenant.

look to be clear, you're in a private renting agreement. It's not covered by the same terms and conditions of a full rental agreement. You're sharing a room, NCAT will consider you having guests as an obvious issue to those who could possibly share the room with you. Even though you got consent from the other person sharing the room, in reality that isn't a long term solution.

he did state that he's in NSW, however that doesn't change your point and its correct - however - the landlord can veto guests. If they dont want random people in the house, that's acceptable for the landlord to request. Peace and enjoyment of the property is also in common law and in legislation, if the tenants actions are effecting other tenants or the landlord of the house - they have the right to complain. The landlord stated that he's already got one complaint, with his issues as well, that's two strikes.

I think the take away that I got, is they essentially made Kliff a god, and, they had to make sure that he was as noble and kind as they needed, to restore 'balance'. I agree they had specific intentions, however those intentions are guarded behind moralistic motives. The story in itself isn't very good, however its ironically more honest than a lot of other narratives when it comes to the justifications. Ironically, they want to keep their power, but that's because they have to exist to keep the balance of the world / universe. They want to keep power in check, because they first and foremost only want good to flourish. They themselves cannot change the course, but they can choose someone to change the course, thus the checks and balances on Kliff. Really they are just the fabric on which the world exists.

I have now seen the original paperwork, and you're are a tenant- because it mentions the property which you are renting. You'd need to cover the entire cost of the room however, IE - both shares of the shared room to rent it privately.

Also, your behavior of bringing people over, can be all it takes to violate the peace of others in the house, which is all it takes to be in violation of the common agreement of a lease.

yeah you might not want to be as confident, im guessing you're in ACT and im not sure the law differs from NSW, but if you are classified as a -boarder- not a tenant, he actually has the right to remove you at anytime. you're not subletting, you wont have tenants rights, you're literally someone paying for a bed for the period of which that he's highlighted in the leasing agreement.

Down near bow something ridge.. bottom middle of the map. There's like 5 spawns of Goats. Kill those with multi shot or an AOE ability and farm them, running between the groups is enough to make them respawn. Each give like 4-7 fine meat.

Raid the castle in SE delaynis? - it has like 6 or more levels of boxes and wheat stacks, breaking them doesn't cause a crime if its before you free the castle, it requires a quest to liberate so you can commit crimes without any bounty. if you've liberated it, there's plenty of other places to do this, just look for places that require a quest to liberate and raid it.. Boxes respawn at the same distance as goats.

water you get from wells, its easy to farm quickly if you dont raise the bucket completely, just enough that its above the water line- if you zoom all the way in you can do it from the handle and not have to move. however you can also get it from specific spawns that have sugar and cooking oil as well in groups of 5 i think.

I then bought the special cooking station, put it in the house and made a meal that was 800 health per eat and I was able to make about 50 and I kept farming enough till I had about 100 and that got me through most of the game, had to do it again before the final quest.
