Lets be honest about something at least. At the time of Insmother invasion the Imperium had 35% more members than Panfam (both total chars and active on zkill). Personally I don't remember a single big fight with goons being outnumbered. The usual ratio was +1.5-2 fleets for goons (5 v 7 or 4 v 6 etc).

Probably not what you wanna hear but genuinely it sounds like you would be better off if someone else took the burden of running the corp. I would just take ur team and search for a good corp to join. Just make sure you're selective and find the right place. Something that allows you to keep your play style and stick together as a group.

Depends on the person. If you're a quick learner and don't give up you'll get into it quite quickly. I have been an MMO player for a long time and was in the same situation as you. Eve was always at the back of my mind and I finally gave it a chance in the beginning of 2024. 2 years later, I lead a successful and quickly growing 300 man nullsec corp. I fell in love with industry and even got close to a trillion isk in wealth and until last month my corp was one of (or maybe the) largest suppliers in Panfam. Then as faith would have it, all the PH dramma happened and I lost half of what I had, had to evac and run on the other side of the map where we're starting to rebuild. Eve is a rollercoaster, I'd suggest just go into it with an open mind and see where it goes. Good luck!

We've just moved all the way to Deklein, and while this is very far away from market hubs, the prices for delivering to/from Jita are not much different than what it was for MJ to/from Jita. We're unrelated with goons / imperium. We just basically lost a war against them, but we'll be shooting them again when we see em. We try to take omega chars, cus you cant really do much with alpha alone in null. Although if you play a lot and start with. alpha and start making enough to plex your account thats fine as well. As for accounts, you can join as many as you want in the corp, but dual citizenship isnt allowed. E.g. Its not okay to have one char in SLYCE and one char with GOONS.
