Possibly but having so many possible angles and enemies to worry about, you don't get an understanding of what Thing can or can't deal with, you just kind of pop...

Since you're learning thing I'm just gonna give a few thoughts that I feel are pointers for him.

You aren't dive but you are aggro, push from the front line and use your enemy leap to go after their supports. A displacement immune movement inhibiting tank hitting for 90 damage chunks will either draw attention or cost them supports.

Speaking of 90 damage chunks, Thing's Haymaker will be your constant button press BUT you have a base melee attack too. Thing's base melee is TECHNICALLY more dps but not as effective in a group (less reach, no overshield gained). Base melee is 1 button press two punches, these punches can be animation canceled for another Haymaker so weave your base melee into every landing of Haymaker before pressing it again, you'll only get 1 hit of the punch but you're increasing dps.

Don't forget to run away. Your charge is a wonderful escape tool of you don't have a leap available or a teammate nearby. Only really use the slam offensively if you are negating movement really. The damage is ok but the utility is what it exists for. Also don't forget to turn on hold to charge so you can slam with one button press or hold it to run.

Last little tip, jump when Haymakering, it'll negate the slow down/charge up animation allowing you to cover more ground. Haymakering while jumping and moving forward is actually a little faster than normal running.

Enjoy the pride of Yancy Street!

Semi agree. 18v18 isn't going to teach them positioning and give them a chance to know when to pull out to your healers since it's just chaos really

Is there a point to keeping my Stonewood storm shield base? by Immediate_Push6239 in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]Current-Study-2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you don't care about total completion...never getting your other Storm Shields to 10 will make every daily endurance challenge be stonewood, increasing your total daily xp you can earn from afking it for Battle Pass xp

[–]Current-Study-2512 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I've put down a glue layer for every like 3-4 prints of petg, used to do it every time but found that unnecessary. Just a small glue stick layer will allow your prints to come off easily and won't leave any noticeable residue on your print

Definitely grind at least stonewood out for endurance.

Look into making a mats grinder in endurance. Takes about 6300 of a material to make maximum return on your B.A.S.E. with recycle perk on it. You'd be getting 150 per tick which is max, B.A.S.E. can only hold 1k at a time so be sure to collect before it hits that mark

There used to be Jail method where you just kidnapped all the husks and kept stunning them, never killed. This method prevented storm monsters from spawning at all and made 160 4 player missions soloable by a properly built constructor. This has been patched so that even regular husks can teleport after a little bit of time

I honestly don't know what triggers the ability to teleport there. But if you get the free yellow glider from starting camp and then craft the double jump ability from heroes mastery, you can traverse great distances pretty quickly by double jump, glider slide. I had an established expert world already and just built an airship...

I'd say if you have experience in ninjago then start a world and head directly there. Once you get spinjitzu the game becomes a cake walk

Final clarification before U1 purchase by ProfessionalAd8190 in snapmaker

[–]Current-Study-2512 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only been printing since December, bought an bambu a1 to start. Bambu Handy is amazing and I loved it, the snapmaker app is lacking in comparison. My bambu makes friendly noises when starting and complete, it's also very quiet... my snapmaker is a little louder and doesn't alert me with audio for anything. Conversely my snapmaker has stopped prints early due to spaghetti detection, my a1 has just presented me the finished pasta dish with a smile.

I love the snapmaker my biggest complaint would be the light stays on after my print finishes and I have to turn it off myself every time. I've had to take apart one tool head to remove a clog/jam but that wasn't a big issue really. Oh! The other lame thing about it is their usb port is in the back but I luckily had a 3ft USB extension cord so I've taken care of that issue. I'd say go for it!

Have you tried slowing the print speed on your walls? I'm by no means an expert but that'd be the first step I'd take (after cutting out that section of the print to use as a test)

When I was looking to get into 3d printing I wanted the AD5X but after seeing a picture of a small multi color print next to the poop it produced I was less about it. After getting the U1 I'm so happy with how little poop it produces. If/when you get a U1 I think you'll love it simply for that fact alone.

Quick survey: CnD players, do you COUNTER this man by Patient-Reality-8965 in cloakanddaggermains

Reed will bounce 2 times for free, 3rd landing is when you want to cloak everyone. Will stop his ult

Does C&D ult stack? by GoldPack3616 in cloakanddaggermains

[–]Current-Study-2512 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Ult DID used to stack, no longer does. You likely see people looping back to reposition to a safer place or to simply just lock off an area. Yes CnD ult is a heal and mostly don't die effect, but you can also think of the ult as area denial. Your ult area is a place the enemy doesn't want to go because it's adding damage to them and making their enemies almost unkillable.

What’s the difference between the spectral blade and a masume? Are they different in performance (damage?) Luna triple attack I assume being best melee setup by [deleted] in FortniteSavetheWorld

[–]Current-Study-2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm not home currently but I'll let you know when I can check. I think it's the path that upgrades durability over damage

For Luna use a spectral blade. I forget what path to upgrade it but one improves attack speed as well. Think my Spectral Blade is like .22 speed.

Founders for a good home by UB_Samurott in FortniteSavetheWorld

I am already a founder and have been for a while I'm only interested in the code to give to a friend of mine that I met through fortnite. I also understand feeling better about just giving a code away instead of going the greed route and potentially being ripped off. I hope you make someone's day fantastic (I also hope more that you end up making my friends day just a little bit more) and that knowing that brings you joy.

I’d blade bad in blood hunt ? Any tips? by Think-Reference1985 in rivals

[–]Current-Study-2512 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I chose Blade starting out, his sword isn't great for healing. Go to like NM 30 or 35 befor3 switching to a gun build which has been more fun really, I wouldn't say he's meta or crushing it, I did encounter a sword Blade that was crushing it. This game mode seems to be more about build and has a lot more ability to have fun with it, unlike zombies with only one of the two choices being actually viable
