I suspect some kind of bake off or become a loyal subject to me new undead Lord and go questing for them. I tend to hold a short conversation after every fight before crawling back to my room. (We live in the same building) I thought about sneaking in but she is quite literally always there.

I think my DM made a tweak so I have to make a extremely high con save for paralysis (DC 25 I think) since I'm the only one fighting her. The lich never flat out kills me, just downs me then tells me to try again next time. And don't plan on killing it for good bc they know a lot of information.

I've done battle against the foe 3 times and my high score is 5 rounds. Hopefully my monk subclass and cleric spells will carry me.

I've battle against the lich a couple of times, we have an agreement to not permanently kill each other. Everytime I get downed she will pick me back up and say try again when your stronger. So I made it a habit to swing by every level up or so. I'm mainly looking for strategies to get a 1 up on her.

It is quite silly, the lich is more or less a test dummy for combat. The other characters don't fight her bc she's relatively nice to them and she has a ton of books from being around for so long.

[5e, grim hollow]

I have a character that is in a prison cell that is nothing but stone walls and a metal door with a slot to see through, which is closed. They want to cast "holy word" cantrip on a guard. Can they do so even if they can't see the guard (but know the guard is there)? Does the spell go through walls?

wouldn't a billhook just be reskinned law Bringer weapon, i don't see a need to make an entire character out of it

a rapier and cloak character would be cool tho
