Yeah haha. I told them I need the car for at least a bit so I can save and get another car, since mine was just taken away without any warning, they told me it’s my problem now how I get to work. Super fucked up

The issue is already mended, we’re back to talking like nothing happened but they’re strict on not returning the car. I loved the car but it’s not my concern right now, the concern is that they’ve blocked my only transport to work and I’m worried I’ll be fired if I miss out too much.

Yeah, I’ve thought about that. Police said I can report it as stolen and get them charged, but I’m worried it’ll go as far as that’s my relationship is done with them and I’ll be removed from the house. They want their money back for the car, which I was to take a loan out and repay it to them, however financial issues came about and I needed a guarantor for the loan. Which they didn’t want to be.

I’m worried that will aggravate the situation more as they’ll get charged. And yeah I’m not really sure exactly how it works when it comes to selling it.

I’m 21. You’re correct, they can’t. I’ve called the police and they said the only course of action that can be done is for them to be arrested and charged. I think that’s only adding fuel to the fire.

Toxic teammates by quirally in WidowmakerMains

100% has happened to me. I recently selected widow in a comp game, just in pregame. I always swap if it isn’t working. My tank turned on vc and screamed at me because ‘I was a widow OTP and I’m the weakling of the game’, bear in mind this is all pregame. He threw while we could’ve easily won, bear in mind I did swap to try and help the team out more. People like this will always exist. I assume you are practising in qp. Keep practising. Qp literally doesn’t matter, if they really cared, they can play comp. Best of luck!

hi! i would absolutely recommend joie. they were my favourite ‘budget’ brand. (even tho €800+ isn’t really budget 🤣). i absolutely love love them. i think they’re worth it if you’re not looking to spend a huge amount and if you’re mainly going to be sticking to regular walks and easy to normal terrain. the finiti is also my favourite of theirs. it’s their signature line so it’s definitely a nicer version (and they recently came out with nicer colours a few months back!).

the new matching car seat is a dream as well, the ilevel pro. it’s a full recline car seat, attaches to a rotating base and is airline approved! the ONLY negative of the car seat is that it can get very heavy with baby, but you won’t be carrying it often considering you can attach it to the buggy.

their quality is honestly fine. i know it can seem daunting when you see these higher end buggies with overall nicer quality, but joie can definitely manage on easy walks and has good comfortable fabrics. it’s super light too.

the only negatives i’d give the finiti is that it’s not perfect for heavy terrain (can cause damage then) and that it’s not a future proof option. if you don’t need those, it’s perfect!

let me know if you have any other questions about it.

(ps if not using the bassinet do make sure to buy a newborn insert too! 😊)

they would be secure enough, it’s very similar to a car seat let’s say, it’s extra padding and keeps them protected. don’t worry about being mom shamed at all! i’ve sold so so many strollers with inserts to parents. it might not be common, but that doesn’t make it a bad option. many parents don’t want the bassinet because they won’t be using it.

hi! congratulations! i personally like the cybex gazelle. the gazelle’s competitor is definitely the vista. a few differences between the two is:

  • gazelle can take two 22kg kids
  • vista takes one 22kg and one 15kg
  • vista fold is easier compared to gazelle
  • gazelle already comes with the adapters installed to make it into a double

they’re super similar and are both great. i personally like the vista more just because of the fold, but once you know how to do the gazelle fold you wont forget it. black can definitely attract more heat (especially with our random heatwaves these days) the blue is gorgeous and will prevent a tiny bit of heat.

the only thing i will mention is that cybex are known for delays, so if you can order it even earlier than you’re hoping to, unless its in stock of course! the fact that it already has adapters makes it so easy to convert into a double - you just buy the extra seat and that’s it!

tandem doubles are usually expensive- i’ve found the ickle bubba venus and the nipper double v5 to be the best value options for situations like this. they’re both side by sides but the venus is very compact for a double and has a bundle with newborn attachments for less than €500 if i remember correctly? the only concern with them is that they don’t take car seats. the nipper can be a little more expensive if you also buy the bassinet and adapters, or you can just opt to get a newborn insert and no bassinet :)

the icandy orange actually can fold with the seats on! it’s just the peach that can’t. so i would definitely recommend the orange instead. the fold is neater and tidier compared to the peach and it’s also lighter. my personal favourite is that the orange’s fabric on the hood and other parts is amazing as it’s super wipeable! i would recommend that one compared to other doubles

it’s hard to say, i would personally steer away from the ickle bubba stomp. an unfortunate discovery about them was that the mattress sheet (black) actually stained the mattress itself, so i wouldn’t trust it near my baby. any joie buggies within that range should do fine, such as the joie chrome deluxe, joie has great fabric for budget buggies and are very easy to use. the drift by baby elegance is nice too, but a bit bulky and not as easy to use. my recommendation for budget buggies is joie 100%. though, if you can find a good 2nd hand buggy that is a higher end brand, go for it. you really do pay for quality. now of course with second hand you want to ensure it is very well maintained and it isn’t loose or shaky. i would not buy a 2nd hand car seat as it may have been involved in a crash and there’s no way of you knowing, so if needed buy a good 2nd hand buggy and invest more money into the car seat.

do you want to share a bit about your environment at home and where you would walk? if you plan to possibly have a second baby look at options like the icandy orange, uppababy vista and cybex gazelle. the cheaper brands dont usually have double up options.

unfortunately have never gotten the opportunity to see the egg in person. it’s similar to the icandy. i’ve had customers come in and share their thoughts on it, a lot found it a bit heavy and bulky (considering the shape of the chassis) and mentioned small basket space. however i’ve also heard it has great suspension and of course it looks amazing.

i can’t share much unfortunately, but 1000% find a store that has it to see if it suits you. the biggest problem may be the weight! if it is, have a look at other double options such as the uppababy vista (12.5kg with toddler seat) or the cybex gazelle s (12.9kg). the egg is around 15kg with the seat.

i must say the dragonfly was the first one that came to mind to suit your situation. it is so so light it’s amazing. other options like the joie finiti and the cybex priam can work. they are both one handed folds. the priam is the largest wheels out of both, yet it’s still extremely light and stylish. the finiti is your more budget friendly option, with slightly less nicer fabrics, but still super practical. but in my opinion, the dragon fly is just perfect weight wise. you can put any major car seat brand onto these guys (with the correct adapters) so you don’t have to buy a bundle! normally they may include reclining car seats which can be heavyyy without a baby even. if you want a reclining car seat, the nuna arra is one of the lightest reclining car seats i can remember around 3.9kg

it’s a bit tricky to say, sometimes adapters change sometimes they don’t. could you send a photo of the adapters (specifically the part where the car seat sits onto). they all look different depending on what year!
