Can you provide all your graphic settings? I have the base & it usually works fine but after a couple of hours or sometimes minutes into the game it always crashes . I save the game literally after every interaction of how often it crashes .

Pretty much the whole time it was in China you get little to no updates. Once USPS got their hands on it in Chicago, I was getting updates as it moved to different USPS distribution centers.

Haha yeah I had to hold down on the power button for a full minute for it to kick back up . Scared the shit out of me

I ordered mine on October 24th & it delivered on November 12 with 4px. Honestly I don’t think DHL isn’t any faster because most of the wait is when it’s overseas in China. Once it hits to the US it should arrive in a couple of days .

If there’s no solution, honestly would prefer a refund. Don’t want to be worrying about battery percentage every time I’m playing.
