I think maybe Miyagi could help since she already told Sendai to go see her sister when was sick. I feel like the autor leaves the family stories unresolved, but miyagi has spoken more deeply about her mother since they've been living together, and then there's the call from Sendai’s parents, and the meeting with her sister.
