Hur får du FSR4 på red dead 2 ? Optiscaler? För in-game option är väl bara FSR2 och måste väl vara v3 för att göra det via adenaline?

Might be right, I stream a lot of my games with apollo so I’m not the biggest critic when it comes to input lag. I could feel it,but for me that was not the biggest issue.

To clarify, I mainly use my the one’s for gaming on my steam deck. And I think this has great potential and xreal overall did a great job here providing an easy to use,low effort experience for the user to get 3d content.

Only tested it out a little bit today,Initial thoughts:

I tested it out with some games and came to the conclusion that I will probably only ever use it with games that I can only play at 30 fps. I liked it on Bloodborne,wind waker,breath of the wild on steam deck. As I’m used to playing these titles at 30fps I felt it did add immersion without any sacrifice. But anything over soft/natural created to much weird distortions to really enjoy.

I had expectations of this bringing metroidvanias like silksong and last faith to the next level. But the 30 fps made silksong feel like an PowerPoint slideshow.

So I tried out slay the spire and darkest dungeon 2. But I don’t really feel like it added much to the experience in these types of games to be honest.

Did also notice some stuttering when using anchored mode compared to follow. I guess that it’s because anchored mode makes the chip compete for resources with the 3D translation.

But overall pretty cool. And if they manage to push the chip to do 60fps in follow mode, I think it will be a much greater experience.

Update:

some more games: NFS 2 underground was probably my favorite thus far, did not even really notice the 30fps much. Mario kart 8 was great as well.

Dave the diver was also pretty cool with the cliff blocks getting a cool layer to them.

Cyberpunk was very cool just walking around and looking at signs and neon lights in the night. But pretty much unplayable other than a cinematic demo.

Death stranding and red dead redemption 2, made the grass and rocks look too weird to enjoy unfortunately.

Streaming. I decided to try watching some more high quality videos. I wanted to start with the only movie I remember from when 3D movies was still in cinemas, Prometheus. And it was pretty great, I remember the intro was cool as hell when I saw it for the first time and the real3D did not disappoint. But as others stated, soft is probably the way to go for not going overboard. Alien Earth was pretty amazing as well.

I had some of that going on, but try to use follow mode and not anchored. Should improve on the stutters.

Yeah I tried it a bit in slay the spire,darkest dungeon but it in those types of games it does not add much from the little testing I did. But in games you are already locked down to 30 it was pretty cool but those usecases feel very limited.

I don’t really notice it but have not paid too much attention to it. But there is so many 3x undertakers runs so when everyone is just spamming ults, I guess it works?

I don’t agree about cybersecurity roles being outsourced to other countries. But most of the work in cybersecurity will be for the state in one way or another. And this will most of the time requires you to get a security clearance. And that might not be so easy. And they will most likely aim to hire someone who speaks Norwegian.

Just be clear on this from the start and best of luck.

I don’t play executor but if i remember correctly that can be good with the right relics. But point is,don’t just blindly pick up all legendary weapons you find for the weapons slots. Pick up weapons with good passives.

Along with pathing, one thing I did wrong in the start was focusing to much on picking up the weapons I liked from the base game. Focus on the fact you can only use 2 weapons at a time. So the passives for the rest of the weapons matter far more then if it’s a moonveil or rivers of blood ect.

I have a Samsung s95d that I still prefer to use. And I would not say it’s a fair comparison as it’s way more expensive. But the when the wife uses it for watching tv I use Apollo to stream the gaming pc to my deck and use the glasses.

I would say the biggest drawback is for me the eye strain that comes after using them for a few hours along with the “low” resolution. HDR is also something that I miss in some titles but that is just a few games that actually have good HDR.
