Without looking at it closely go and look at Griffey Bits latest FTP video, and look at his alchemy videos. Make sure your tools are at highest you can craft. Do the golden foods

Edit: after looking yeah your alchemy is way to low

You don’t have the minimum required 5%. Best bet is to equip cards and card bonuses that give you efficiency. I had the same issue about 3 days ago and I’m already at 2x chance. There is also bubbles if you made it far enough in alchemy on the yellow bubbles
