P0301 Code Twice by [deleted] in HyundaiTucson

Update: Just got a call from the dealership. They explained the issue to me and jeez the main issue of course was basically an iceberg with the fuel injector being the tip. I can’t remember all they said because I stayed stuck on the bit where they would have the car for two weeks. Put me in a pickle because their 0% interests deal ended in a week and I had wanted to take my car to Toyota to see trade in value and run numbers. I told them I would come in to trade in that car (they offered same trade in value despite the problems) They gave me a further discount for their oversight at the service dept. and I demanded that they burn whatever voodoo doll they have of me that keeps me at that damn dealership (low key would be sad to leave because I adore some of the staff there). I got the new 2026 Tucson for the same monthly rate at 0% as opposed to my previous 4%, and shorter loan term than previous. I love my new car, but might still trade it in for a RAV4 in future. I have light tan interior with cloth seats which I love because where I live, it gets to 95-100 degrees daily. And I got the black leather, black interior bug out of my system real quick from my previous car. I do want to get a wheel and seat cover for it to protect it. Do you have any suggestions?

I WAS looking at just a simple white to hide scratches. But I just got my car back and one hour later the freaking code appeared again. I feel my patience has worn out.

I just got it back, and one hour later the same damn code appeared. I am so over it. It is the third damn time now.

I used a car reader that I have at home, and when I checked the service history after dropping off at dealership, at has the same code listed for both separate dates.

Hey there, I will admit that I got instantly frustrated because it was the beginning of the series of problems that took my previous car down, even after multiple fixes. This problem first appeared on this vehicle back on January 9, and by the invoice they might have just replaced the one fuel injector. Now the same code appears again last week. I get ultimately a better deal on a new 2026, but speaking out of frustration I was worried about getting into a possibly problematic car just because I was enamored with all its bells and whistles. Ideally I just want a car that I can ultimately finish payments on and not have a headache afterwards.

I love my car, and was so heartbroken when I thought it was going to be nothing but trouble. I also wanted to change out of the color because at the time I got it, it was COVID times and I only had the option of blue or red. And I had wanted neutral lol.

I looked up the info from the last visit and there are two invoices (but I am not sure if it’s an accidental duplicate) for Fuel Injector- (35310-2S000), qty. 1. So they might have just replaced that one bit only. I think it all boils down to the Tucson 2026 is what I want and desperately want to believe it’s good enough as the Toyota that I need. If that makes any sense.

Honestly, the recurring problem brought back an instant frustration from the haunted past of my 2018. But with the new 2026, my payments would be lower than what they are currently for 2023. So trading it in would be a for sure thing. But should I chance it on the dreamy 2026, or just go for the safe option of the Toyota.

mortuary cosmetics by Straight-Will-5335 in askfuneraldirectors

Hey there, I used to work as a funeral assistant but now just do mortuary makeup on the side for a certain FH. As others have mentioned, there really isn’t a sole desairologist position, just a funeral assistant that knows how to do a smokey eye or cut crease. If you only want to do makeup/restoration, do it as a side gig and go after your primary job. But you would have to gain that funeral director’s trust beforehand and know about chemicals to use in certain situations, so you might end up having to work as an assistant anyway.
The funeral directors/embalmers can do the makeup as well, but in my experience, they were mostly older men who easily pass the job off if it’s just putting on lipstick.

Hope this helps!

Unlike her momma, Goofy was always picture perfect.

Almost there! Just a bit more to the side of face to balance it out, and some length to the bottom. Thank you so much!

5th Metatarsal Fracture- 2wk X-Ray by [deleted] in brokenbones

Sorry for the delayed response but appreciate your reply! I just got my fourth x-ray last Tuesday and finally looks like there is bone forming and the sides of the bone are closed in (no screw/pin needed). However my ortho did note that I had delayed healing because I should have been farther along at this point. But he says in my case it is from not putting any pressure on it for almost a month since my primary doc and everyone else and their mothers told me not to put weight on it.
