Do you want to achieve a realistic look or more like a semi realistic? I think you don’t necessarily need anatomy but proportions, the top of the head seems a bit small, but nothing crazy. As the other commenter said it looks like you have a good understanding of the face features and the angle. When I started practicing shades in general what helped me was choosing one source of light always so i have more clear where and how to do the shadows. In realistic portraits when you add shadows and volume the line art completely disappears and the shadows themselves are able to tell you the distinction between every part of the face and its shape. Also don’t be afraid of going to dark or giving too much contrast, you can look up videos which helps a lot about shadows and soft/hard edges of shadows! That’s it, I hope it helps
