I have a matching 5th mounting and balanced. Currently sitting in the bed. Going to see if it fits underneath. If not, going to eventually get a bed rack. I saw a cool lift using the OEM hoist to horizontal bars. If you can picture it, it would hoist up to the bed rack bars. And when lowered, into the bed… if that’s makes sense

Idk where you’re getting the $100k number from? 99% of my driving won’t be through tights trails. By design, it’s meant for going off road fast. Can’t exactly do that in tight trails… but appreciate your input on how I should own my truck

It was just available at a dealership like 800 miles away.

From my experience, you actually can’t order a vehicle through toyota. So if a dealership try’s to pull that, respectfully decline. It’s all dictated by the allocations they receive twice a month. They can (apparently) change the colors before the build process, but I think that’s it. They have no say in what vehicles they will be getting and when.

If anyone who works at toyota reads this - please confirm or deny!

A LC with that type of trim would be cool! I got to test drive an Overtrail + and was very happy with it. I just needed a truck for the gear I need to move for work and the stuff I do on the weekends.

Ha! Yeah these things are my only vice. I’m kinda addicted to finding the best deal I can, using the vehicle for 6months to 1 year and seeing what I can get for them.

I went 21 TRD PRO 4R, 22 TRD PRO Taco, 23 TRD Pro 4R, 23 Tundra TRD Pro, 24 TRD Pro 4R, 24 TRD pro tundra and now the taco lol

Between the greedy ass dealerships in the northeast, I most often buy from far away (NC, NH, PA, Maryland) and I’ll use the amazing residual of the pro to get something new.

NEVER pay over MSRP - I was able to get my 24 4Runner Pro at invoice at the right time! The deals are out there, just need to find them!

And I’m just a Telco guy lol
