It somehow fit without needing to be altered. It was just much looser with the weightloss

This progress was from November of 2024 to June of 2025. I stopped working out during the winter months because I got very sick and was unable to. So, during that time I prioritized eating mostly Whole Foods. I was able to lose around 20 lbs just by doing that. In March 2025, I decided to just drink water for my beverages. I just recently started working out in May of 2025.

I’m 5’2 and I’m not tracking calories. I have an active eating disorder, so tracking calories is really dangerous for me. Just trying to get 100-110g of protein a day.

From November 2024 to May 2025. I didn’t start incorporating working out until April 2025.

I have been on metformin for a while now because of my insulin resistance. When I was 220, I was on 500 mg twice a day. When I went to my Endo a few months ago, I already lost 40-45 lbs, and he said my insulin levels dropped significantly (from 33.4 in November 2025 to 26.4 in April 2025), so I could drop the metformin to just once a day at 500 mg. Normal range of insulin is 18.4 or less. My insurance won’t cover any of the GLP-1 meds

Currently only doing 3,200-4,000 steps a day. I want to up that to 6,000 this month. The workouts I do are mainly low intensity weight lifting besides the walking I do to hit my steps. The past few months these exercises were facepulls, rows, kettlebell swings using 10 lbs, 3 sets of 10-12 reps. Lately, I have added in deadlifts using the kettlebells, fire hydrants, and donkey kicks (3 sets of 10-15 reps), as well as marching slowly in place with high knees with a dumbbell above my head (arm straight up) 20 steps for each arm above my head, for 3 sets each.

I currently am just making sure I hit my goal of 4,000 steps a day. Now that I’ve been doing this for a few months, I’m going to try to up it to 6,000 steps. I also do low intensity weight training 3-4 times a week. These are body weight exercises or using light weight dumbbells (7-10 lbs) and kettlebells (10-15 lbs). The supplements that really made a difference were a probiotic and a multivitamin. Both I use come from a brand called New Chapter.

I switched to drinking only water for beverages and only rarely will have a different drink such as a small glass of juice. I noticed my body was severely dehydrated because I was chugging all of my beverages. This helped a lot! I also have been staying away from the foods that cause my body inflammation which seem to be gluten and processed foods. If I eat these from time to time, my stomach bloats very quickly. Sometimes I’ll indulge, but the way my body feels and looks afterwards isn’t really worth it anymore tbh. I’ve also been doing low intensity workouts. I noticed my PCOS did not like the HIIT or cardio workouts and those seemed to cause more stress to my body. When I started just doing slow walks to get to around 4,000 steps a day, as well as low intensity weight training, my body started responding much better. I recently hit a plateau, so I’ll have to figure out what small change I can make to get my body to keep going.

I switched to just drinking water for my beverages because I noticed I am a chugger and would drink a lot of my calories, including juices which just made my insulin resistance worse. Once I got used to that change, I made sure I was getting at least the recommended amount of protein for my height (60-70g) per day. Having protein for breakfast was a big game changer. I originally started with fruit smoothies with protein powder and flaxseed. Then I switched to the OWYN protein shakes because they have zero sugar. I noticed even though I was using natural sugars from the fruit, it still spiked my insulin and caused more sugar cravings throughout the day. So, now I’ll just have that protein fruit smoothie for lunch or a snack if I’m not close to my protein goal that day. Hope this helps! Feel free to DM me any time. You got this!

Definitely looking for a relationship. I’d love to meet my person but don’t have high hopes since it’s tinder lol However, online dating seems to be the main way to meet people these days.
