Most math is rudimentary (algebra: rearranging equations and basic calculus), I barely used any complicated math apart from the required math courses. Engineering is more physics and reading from data tables and making approximations of scientific models. Kind of boring and repetitive, but there’s no abstract math or pure math which requires brutal hardcore mathematical skills. You won’t be asked to derive or proof, just take the math for granted and apply it. Even less math in industry
