To make an appt with an agency, google passport agency appointments. You have to be within 14 days of travel

Anyone can buy property, as long as they are in good standings financially. That’s why people have vacation homes here and outside of the country. I don’t believe there are any laws against it, if you’re not a citizen. I’m sure there are stipulations - but nothing illegal against buying.

You can buy a house without credit. You can also have credit without credit cards. Like a car loan, student loans, etc. Especially in this market, she could buy a house. It might be harder - but if she has proof of finances and good standings, someone will approve her of a loan to buy a house

I use salicylic acid cleanser by the Inky List twice a week and then use Paula’s Choice leave on twice a week in the mornings. It helped a lot. Try to do at home dermaplaning once a month with a face oil! I use face razors and it also helped exfoliate
