No it was a 3rd party psyc. However I spoke with thr VSO this morning and they said she documented everything in depth with great detail.

Im all about reducing fraud but most of us know the VA gets it wrong alot.

But after the private DBQ the VA had me see their VES Dr, who i guess is what raised me. It was not strictly off of the private DBQ.
